Anti-Spam Policy
Dedicated infrastructure makes a sender visible: every message can be traced to exactly one client. We use that clarity in both directions — good senders build their reputation, and a sender who mails without consent is identified and stopped.
What we promise
- No mail is sent to recipients who have not agreed to receive it.
- Before an account goes live, we ask where its addresses come from and how consent was obtained.
- Recipient data stays with the client it belongs to and is neither sold nor exchanged.
- An opt-out is honoured permanently, across every mailing of the account.
What we refuse
- Lists whose origin cannot be shown on request.
- Re-importing addresses that have unsubscribed or bounced.
- Sender names or subject lines that disguise who is writing and why.
- Spreading volume over additional accounts to escape our limits.
When a complaint arrives
- We reply to the person reporting and use the headers to find the client and the mailing.
- If the complaint is plausible, the client's sending is paused while we investigate.
- Confirmed abuse ends the account; the addresses concerned receive nothing more through us.
- Operators of blocklists get the facts they need on request.
Did a message reach you that you never asked for?
Send it to us as an attachment or forward it with all headers. We will identify the client behind it and stop anything that should not have been sent.
