Questions we are asked before the first mailing
What does dedicated mean here?
Each client sends from addresses that carry no one else's traffic. Mailbox providers judge that client on its own record, good or bad.
Can we start with full volume straight away?
No. New addresses are introduced gradually, in steps the receiving providers accept, until the agreed volume is reached.
Which kinds of mail can be sent?
Newsletters and customer mail to recipients who signed up for them. Every message carries a working unsubscribe link and the name of the sender.
What happens if complaints rise?
Sending slows down automatically and we contact the client. Volume returns only once the cause has been found and fixed.
Conditions of every account
Dedicated addresses protect a sender from others. These conditions protect recipients from the sender.
- Only addresses with documented consent may be mailed.
- Unsubscribes take effect at once and for every later mailing.
- Addresses that reject mail permanently are removed automatically.
- Sender and responsible company are named in each message.
- Purchased, rented or harvested lists are refused outright.
